1 Introduction

Welcome to SOG138. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and SOG138 ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the SOG138 online gaming and sports betting platform available at sog138.vu.

3 Account Responsibilities

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on SOG138 are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). SOG138 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency.

Accepted deposit methods currently include Philippine online and mobile banking, local bank transfer, and Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Withdrawals are processed back to a verified payment method held in your name. Third-party withdrawals — where funds are sent to an account belonging to someone other than the registered player — are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. SOG138 may request supporting documents before approving a withdrawal request.
• Processing times vary by payment method. SOG138 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times are also subject to the policies of your bank or e-wallet provider.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administration review before withdrawal.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

General conditions that apply to all SOG138 bonuses include:

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on SOG138 — whether on sports, live casino, slots, or other gaming products — are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is considered final and binding once it has been confirmed by the platform and a bet reference number has been issued.
• SOG138 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on an error in odds, a technical fault, or information that was not publicly available at the time the bet was placed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SOG138. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one account per person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or any game where player interaction affects outcomes.

• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any form of automated software to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Money laundering: Using SOG138 to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Underage gaming: Registering or playing if you are under 21 years of age.

SOG138 actively monitors accounts for suspicious behaviour. If an investigation is ongoing, SOG138 may temporarily freeze an account and its associated funds pending the outcome of that review.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

SOG138 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold funds pending investigation, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or use of stolen payment methods.
• A verified chargeback or payment dispute filed against SOG138.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) or more consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable administration fees, will be communicated prior to enforcement.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact SOG138 support. Any confirmed remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after identity verification is completed, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or withdrawal holds are in place.

9 Privacy and Data

Nothing in these Terms limits SOG138's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12 Changes to These Terms

SOG138 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use the SOG138 platform after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support before the effective date.
